Green Coffee Beans
We supply premium Indonesian green coffee beans sourced from Sumatra's finest growing regions — Mandheling, Gayo, and Lintong. Working closely with selected local farmers and partner cooperatives across Aceh and North Sumatra, we ensure consistent quality through rigorous post-harvest handling, manual and machine sorting, and thorough grading at our warehouse facility in Medan.
Our green beans are processed using the traditional wet-hulling method (Giling Basah) — a technique unique to Sumatra that gives Indonesian coffee its distinctively full body, low acidity, and complex earthy character. All beans are dried to export-standard moisture levels of ±12–13% and undergo strict quality control before packing.
